Countryside Family?  Below you will find all the necessary forms to start the enrollment process.​

Enrollment Packages need to have the forms and a $125 non-refundable registration fee to be considered complete (cheque to Countryside Preschool or etransfer to treasurer@countrysidepreschool.ca).
